This Privacy Statement applies to the way we collect, use and store your data. Please take time to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices and contact us if you have any questions.

Personal data is information that can be used to identify or contact a particular person.

When you create an account on the application, we collect the following information: your name, your email address, your language preference.

Using your personal data

The personal data we collect allows us to give you access to software updates, as well as send you emails of notifications directly related to your activities on the application.

No email is currently sent to you for commercial purposes.

We may periodically use your personal data to send you important notifications, such as communications about any problems that may have occurred and changes in our terms and conditions. As this information is an integral part of your relationship with asho.eu, you cannot avoid these communications.

We may also use personal data for internal purposes, such as audits, data analyzes and searches to improve asho.eu products, services and customer communications.

Collection and use of data for non-personal

We also collect the data you enter in connection with the use of the application: events, dates, participants, expenses and payments made via Paypal.

This data is used only to provide the service for which you downloaded the application: calculate the shares of each participant and allow inter-participant payments.

This data is not communicated to any third parties.

Your personal and non-personal data is stored via publicly known suppliers offering all the confidentiality guarantees required. None of this data is disclosed to third parties.

The emails sent by the application are secured by the SMTP protocol.

Retention of personal and non-personal data

We will retain your personal data without time limit. You can, however, ask by mail at postmaster@asho.eu that we delete them. In this case, you cannot use the application.

Non-personal data may, however, be retained if events in which you have participated remain in our databases.

These events and all related data can be deleted by you (or on your request) if you are the creator or an administrator of the event. The event itself can only deleted however after each participant has approved the deletion. Otherwise, you can ask the administrator to request the deletion. Asho.eu will not assume the right to do so.
